Reaching millions of customers with text
In the wake of COVID-19 we wanted to act fast to get critical health information out to our community.
I proposed to the organization to use text as a way to reach people quickly and efficiently. A small and mighty team sprung into action and we created the first ever text campaign reaching over 1.5 Million consumers. Our goal was to share with them COVID-19 information and to drive digital adoption for them to stay connected and healthy.
The Results? Thousands of users visiting our COVID-19 tool kit and downloading the OhioHealth mobile app.
